PPAs for dotnet exceeded its size limit

When staring to build for other archs (now arm64, next will be s390x), I run out of space in the following PPAs:

https://launchpad.net/~cloudware/+archive/ubuntu/dotnet
https://launchpad.net/~cloud-images/+archive/ubuntu/dotnet

Please, increment the size limit to 60 GB on each of them.
