Please add storage and lower build score for golang rebuild PPAs

The golang-1.19 transition is almost here, so I'm getting PPAs ready. The following two PPAs will need more storage for this transition, and should probably also have their build scores lowered:

https://launchpad.net/~jawn-smith/+archive/ubuntu/golang-kinetic-baseline-rebuilds
https://launchpad.net/~jawn-smith/+archive/ubuntu/golang-119-rebuilds

For past golang transitions the storage amount was set to 10G.

To get more storage for your PPA's you need to post at this site, ask same question:
https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion
They will grant the additional requirements.
