Currently we do not have a proper way in place to handle spammy merge proposals.

From having a look at the merge proposal, it is also not entirely sure whether this is just a beginner having some issues or a real spammer.

I have sent the user a warning.

Could you please reject the MP? This something I cannot do with my sets of permissions.
