Launchpad Builders "Cleaning" for hours

Hey, most of the amd64 builders on launchpad are stuck in cleaning since a few hours. Is this scheduled maintenance?

Unfortunately there is no scheduled maintenance, this is an ongoing serious infrastructure issue, which we have escalated - quoting a colleague - "as hard as we can". There is no ETA when the issue will be resolved and there is currently nothing we can do.
