Launchpad itself

Please set License to LGPL-2.1 or set me as owner of mdevtl

Hi,
as usual after creation of a project LP sends you the email to define the license.
I have created https://launchpad.net/mdevctl just for the ability to track issues from there.

But to set LGPL-2.1 I'd either need to be set project owner (then I can do it) or ask you to set that License.
