Please enable RISC-V builds for the daisy-pluckers daisy-seeds PPA

I'd like to be able to build apport test crashes for RISC-V and the test crashes are built in the following PPA.

https://launchpad.net/~daisy-pluckers/+members includes a bot account which is under the control of somebody who's no longer a Canonical employee (https://launchpad.net/~groundskeeper), which is problematic for granting riscv64 access. Can it be removed, or brought under Canonical control?
