How to change project details - requesting ownership

Hi,
the qemu project is migrating it's issue tracking to https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu so to be able to track these I created https://launchpad.net/qemu-gitlab
I wanted to replicate as much of the classic original https://launchpad.net/qemu as possible but I've realized that I must have set it to be owned by "Registrey Administrators" - that blocks me from adding the further details and making edits.
Therefore I'd ask to transfer ownership to me so I can polish that.

P.S. eventually we might again transfer ownership to someone in the qemu project, but first I'd like to complete the setup which currently I can't

P.P.S right now it is already enough to be able to add gitlab based tracking info to bugs which was the primary reason to spawn this alongside the original project.
