if my ppa build fails but has no build log, is that a builder problem or package/code problem?

For example this build:
https://launchpad.net/~ddstreet/+archive/ubuntu/systemd-upstream/+build/21480987

it shows that it failed, and lists it as taking over 7 minutes, however there's no build log linked, so it's impossible for me to tell if the problem was with the code, or some temporary infrastructure problem with the build farm...should I just assume that any failed build with no build log is an infrastructure problem, and just retry it?

We are experiencing issues with our builders located at bos02 which includes the ppc64el ones.

We are investigating.

Builders at bos02 are back to normal and processing builds. You could retry now.
