My Acct has changed and I didn't make the changes

My account appears to have been hacked , email and other acct details changed over 10/13 & 10/14 that I have not made. The email was set to <email address hidden>, which I have no idea what that is.

Can you immediately make sure you've changed your password on login.launchpad.net, and then undo the changes?

Also make sure your password is suitably complex and not shared with any other sites. It doesn't seem to have taken the attacker lots of attempts, so this seems likely to have been a leaked or guessed password; sharing passwords across multiple sites would be a prime suspect for this sort of thing.

Have ensured the password was strong, but it was strong previously. The password is not shared.

You should also remove the offending email address from your account.

We're looking into what may or may not have been logged at our end about this.

We've blocked the IP address that seems to have compromised your account, but there isn't much more that we can do at our end since it looks to us like a normal login with a stolen password.
