Please increase quota for ppa:luke-jr/bitcoinknots

The current 8 GB is probably enough normally, but the PPA is taking a while to delete old versions after new ones are built. This is currently preventing me from getting xenial updated.

I've bumped it to 10GB - you might also want to consider dropping packages for EOLed series like Artful etc.
