Please assign 'maintainer' of lp:systemd to ~ubuntu-support-team

Hello,

please assign the 'maintainer' of the lp:systemd project to ~ubuntu-support-team.

The git imports for this project appear to fail continuously and I would like to work out some way to get lp:systemd actually continuously updating from upstream, possibly by just pushing to it directly myself.

It doesn't really make sense for ~ubuntu-support-team to own a project like that. The import is failing because of bug #1868935, which is being fixed.
