Can I please takeover casper project?

Can I please become the maintainer of https://launchpad.net/casper ?

Plan to move repo from bzr to git, and ensure we have development branches matching ubuntu up there.

@ubuntu.com email address bounced, waiting for response on the other email.

Separately the maintainer has resigned from his most recent Debian contributions, and I have lost contact with him on IRC for example.

This is not urgent, but I want to start the MIA / grace period on the Maintainership.
