It's possible to use +addspec by way of manual URL-hacking even if a project isn't configured to use blueprints. This may be a bug - feel free to file it as such (we aren't likely to keep track of bugs raised in the Answers section).

Thank you for removing the spam. And for the blueprint case I will create a bug (with low importance of course).
