ppa.launchpad.net serves the wrong SSL certificate

Hi,
ppa.launchpad.net serves the SSL certificate for private-ppa.launchpad.net, as a consequence https connections fail.

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
Subject: private-ppa.launchpad.net

Issuer: Let's Encrypt Authority X3

Expires on: 19 Apr 2020

ppa.launchpad.net intentionally doesn't support HTTPS at all right now. There's considerable work required to make it do so, mainly moving it to a domain that isn't under launchpad.net. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1473091.

It's an implementation detail that it happens to be on the same IP address as private-ppa.launchpad.net.
