potential vandalism?

may have defaced https://bugs.launchpad.net/extreme-citadel-208123/+bug/161389 -- but perhaps it's just wild unfamiliarity with launchpad and random clicking. It's hard to tell. Perhaps this user's other actions would tell more.

For me it is obvious that all activities of that user (including his project https://launchpad.net/extreme-citadel-208123 ) are fake and spam. I support immediate deletion, respectively restoring the previous contents of the bug report.
