How do I change my User information email to

"No public address provided."

This is a request as a result of receiving email spam.

You do that by checking "Hide my email addresses from other Launchpad users" on https://launchpad.net/~/+edit. (You seem to have already done that, though. Note that you can see your own email address when logged in and looking at your own page, but other logged-in users won't be able to do so.)
