Project closure request for simpleGPG

Asked by crashsystems

Earlier this year I was planning on working on FireGPG, a program that was meant to be a cross-platform GUI interface for GnuPG. Since then I've found that FireGPG, a GPG extension for Firefox, fills this need quite nicely. No actual code has actually been contributed to the project, and I have no intentions for continuing it. Therefore I request that the project be deactivated.

Not at all. This is a project I opened before I knew that FireGPG was such a great cross-platform GPG key manager. Once I figured this out, the SimpleGPG project idea got put aside, and I wrote the FireGPG email encryption guide. I recently put the guide in Launchpad, and I will soon be using Launchpad for translations. Link below.
