Please bump size-quota of ppa:hvr/ghc

If possible bumping to 32GiB would be greatly appreciated to accommodate adding packages for the JavaScript targetting "ghcjs" crosscompiler as well as building packages for the current Disco Dingo release.

I've bumped your quota, but perhaps consider removing trusty packages since standard security support for that series has ended.
