Please remove pending members from ~ubuntumembers

The ~ubuntumembers group moved from Moderated to Restricted quite a long time ago. We've moved to a different system of membership for this team and the new system has been clearly linked for a long time and publicised in the community.

The pending members can therefore be removed. I'd be grateful if you could remove them from the database. It's not necessary to notify the pending members or administrators by email.

I'd do it myself, but there are 904 pending members and trying to decline them all at once leads to a Launchpad timeout.
