oops createing bzr branch

OOPS when trying to create a bzr branch using [1]. (id OOPS-95D222)
The only fields not filled in was `Branch URL(Required)` and `Web Page`

Hi Karl,

there's a bug 37885 already reported on it.
I just linked this support ticket with that bug.
