Request for an inactive username

Hello,

I'm asking this question because I'd like to claim an username that seems blatently inactive : https://launchpad.net/~sidi as I'm using the same nickname under IRC. The account seems to have never been active, karma is 0 and the user has never edited his profile. My own account is here : https://launchpad.net/~sidnioulz
