What are the requirements for creating project groups?

Web2py is used by more and more people and more consider contributing in one or the other way.
There are different project using and working for web2py.

a project group could help us to organise all these projects under the web2py umbrella.

Okay. Would you prefer I renamed web2py to something else? Meanwhile, I've created the group at:

Let me know what you'd prefer doing at this point. Changing the URL to web2py has some drawbacks; the project will end up with less visibility, etc.
