PPA size increase request for ppa:michael-sheldon/deepspeech

Hi,

I'm currently creating a PPA in an attempt to make it easier for people to experiment with Mozilla's DeepSpeech speech recognition model, (I'm also writing a GStreamer module to make it easy to integrate speech recognition into existing applications). Unfortunately the data files for the model are quite large, resulting in the PPA having exceeded the 2GB limit, would it be possible for this PPA to be granted additional storage?
