request for a launchpad id

Hi.
This is actually not a question, but a request for admin help. I want to change my id to "ilia". However, this id is in use by another user. I've checked his account and it has no activity at all. So, I've wrote this user and described him the situation. I did this a week ago and got no answer. Probably, his e-mail is not in use too...
So, I ask launchpad administrator to "free" this id so I could reassign it to me (or reassign it by yourself, if you prefer).
