Bump the PPA storage on ppa:tsimonq2/qt to 20 GB

I plan on working on Ubuntu's Qt packages, and in order to do this work, I created a PPA to host the relevant packages.

Please bump the space on this so I don't have to worry about hitting the limit on it when I'm building Qt packages for Ubuntu.
