I would like to claim the username "darius" as that username has been inactive since 2005

I would like to claim the username "darius".
It has been inactive since 2005, and looks as if it has never been used.
I attempted to contact the owner unsuccesfully.

I've renamed his account to ~darius-inactive, and yours to ~darius.
