Please delete hamster-applet project from launchpad

Asked by tm

Project hamster has moved to GNOME servers a while ago.
It would be great if you could remove all the outdated info, and preferably the project itself.
https://launchpad.net/hamster-applet/

One problem i found is users suggesting to use the PPA, which contains outdated packages.

Also it'd be great to remove hamster.support group, because otherwise we receive also downstream bugs, which is a bit of overkill.

Thanks for the launchpad, it is a great tool for community!

All the best,
Toms Baugis
Original author and maintainer of hamster applet

I would suggest keeping the hamster-applet project registered in Launchpad, since this gives an oppurtunity for other projects (like Ubuntu) to easier collaborate.

You set up this project as not being hosted here on Launchpad. On https://launchpad.net/hamster-applet/+edit you can choose that bugs are tracked in the Gnome bugzilla and that code is hosted elsewhere.

If you go to https://edge.launchpad.net/~hamster.support/+archive/ppa, you should be able to either delete the packages, or delete the PPA altogether.
