package manager replys no public key

when downloading from package manager it is stating no public key,so pieces are not being downloaded

error reads.

The following signature could'nt be verified because the public key is not available:

What does this mean.?

Here is the short version. Open Terminal and type:

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 7A6BC20C4FE04DADD10837608DB7F87A2B97B7B8
