Import problem while import upstream translations

Hi,

I imported an upstream translation for libgweather-locations in Ubuntu Intrepid[1],but failed and it returned me an email:

Subject:Import problem - Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) - libgweather-locations in Ubuntu Intrepid package "libgweather"
Some important thing in the mail body:
 We were unable to import the file because of errors in its format:
Line 21116: String is not quoted
For your convenience, you can get the file you uploaded at:
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/22025646/zh_CN.po

I had checked the po file with 'msgfmt -c' and it returned no error. In Ubuntu Jaunty[2],there is the same POT file but the po file imported correctly.I wonder what's wrong and how can I import the translations because in Simplified Chinese,here needs translations by most people use Simplified Chinese local.

We've recently discovered that sometimes when we're importing large files, the data just stops and you get this sort of error. The problem is under investigation, but for now, simply re-uploading the same file may help.

I uploaded it 4 times and finally succeeded.
Hope you can solve this problem and re-import all possible influenced files, this problem can cause many existed translations not included.

Glad it finally worked… we're making some progress on the problem, but as you can imagine, it's mostly a matter of eliminating possible causes until we end up with the right one.
