Bluez-gnome in intrepid/jaunty is using the translation template from hardy.
I have indicated this problem before, but it has not been resolved yet.
The problem is that for some reason, in Intrepid in Jaunty, the bluez-gnome applet is using the translation template from Hardy.
There are a few hints that this is true:
1) Despite the fact that the applet is fully translated and has been long before the release of Intrepid, let alone Jaunty, the only translated strings that are displayed translated are those from the 0.xx series of bluez-gnome (Hardy and earlier).
This is true for at least my (Polish) language.
2) The official project at https:/
The template is called "bluetooth-manager" instead of just "bluez-gnome" on the list, which is confusing and might be another hint as to why the template has not been properly updated.
This is a very prominent piece of software and there is no way to translate the very basic interface entries in Intrepid or Jaunty. By that I mean that the translation has been completed a long time ago, but it not displayed. As you may understand, this is a frustrating situation for both the translators (it's not our fault) and the users (they blame translators). I've waited for the dust of Intrepid's release to settle long enough and it's time to raise this matter once again.
