An error occurs when I send review requests via email

I've been trying to submit a review via the email interface for about half an hour now. Each time I am told that there is an error.

I checked to see that my signature was valid -- it is. What's breaking on Launchpad's side?

The first one might be bug 318894.

The second looks like bug 309491.
