I'd like to merge my account

I'd like to merge my account "mjmendoza" to this old (almost forgotten) account "creek23".

My mjmendoza account has signed the Code of Conduct to become an Ubuntero -- should I sign it again for my creek23 account?

My mjmendoza account is in-charge to a project being hosted by Launchpad.net -- the project is quixie -- how can I transfer the ownership of that project to my creek23 account?
