Where can I find the Hardware Report generated in Ubuntu and sent to Launchpad?

Thie pages https://launchpad.net/~<your-account-name>/+hwdb-submissions , i.e., https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/~philjude/+hwdb-submissions in your case, list hardware reprots from Launchpad users.
