Deactivate ~sparklekay

There is a bug in registration that linked a new user to an existing user. While the profile for ~sparklekay, was created, the user is being logged in as ~bcnaat (Kay Byrd). The email address look correct, but I suspect that the EmailAddress or the Person is connected to the wrong account.

First we want to deactivate ~sparklekay (Kay Byrd Denver).
Second we want to verify that ~bcnaat is still active.
