Delete project prevayler

Please delete Launchpad project "prevayler", including the series "2.3" and "trunk".

The reason to delete it is that I originally set it up here at Launchpad to host alternate branches of development as well as blueprints, but because of lack of time I have not started using it. In fact, I will not be able to work on this in the foreseeable future. Leaving it here at Launchpad would only confuse users/developers of the upstream project, so please delete the "prevayler" project I set up here at Launchpad.
