Remove xwikil10n project

Can we please have xwikil10n project removed?

I've discussed this with xwiki project owner 'kaaloo' (who is also involved in XWiki) and they will use the main project for actual translations.

I've also emailed Ludovic, the project owner, to let him know about all the details.
