Create project group

I would like to have a new project group created under the name "karl" The sub-projects will likely be 1-2 for now, but will grow over the next few months. This group will host parts of a web based knowledge management application for non-profit organizations. We are currently in the process of removing some code specific to our organization and will be posting all the code as GPL when that task is complete.
