@kubuntu.org and @ubuntu.com addresses have not redirected to new primary launchpad email

My current <email address hidden> and <email address hidden> seem to point to another account that i'm not using.

I changed my primary email in launchpad (<email address hidden>), a couple of weeks ago, but this doesn't seem to have taken effect - i'm still getting all mail to the other address.

Also, i appear to be getting copies of these mails, or at least some of them to an old primary email address. very weird.

Can at least the former of these be fixed please?
