Translation in launchpad

Why I select to order by status, and some packages in ubuntu show that aren't translated (in this case in spanish), but when I get into the package to translate and I filter this to show only the "untranslated" messages, launchpad show that there is no untranslated messages??????

Messages in "Need review" or with suggestions made (but not reviewed) are not considered as untraslated and are not considered done either.
