Rename project

Hello,

 I created a project called CinnXPStarkMenu (https://launchpad.net/cinnxpstarkmenu)
 I want to change it's name to CinnVIIStarkMenu, i.e. https://launchpad.net/cinnviistarkmenu.

How can I do that?
