Hi,

It would be great to change my ubuntu.com mail settings. I like to change its redirection from <email address hidden> to <email address hidden>.

Hi Miguel, I've requested the Canonical SysAdmins to look into this.

For my own future reference the RT ticket is #31288

Uhm, why does this require an RT? All Miguel needs to do (AFAIK) is to change his preferred email address in his +editemails page, no?

I tried with your idea, but there is no change with my ubuntu.com alias.

I think, as Diogo said, we need to keep going with the RT ticket.

Well, did you just change it today? The ubuntu.com alias takes up to 48h to update IIRC.

Hi,

I changed my preferred email address days ago and my ubuntu.com alias didn't change.

The best idea is to go ahead with the RT ticket.
