Translation group creation request

Hello,
I would like to request creation of a new translation group for our Extreme Tux Racer project.
Extreme Tux Racer is a project derived from Tux Racer, and we have some translators from there, but recently new translations have been created - and I thought that it would be better to create a translation group than adding each individual user to the project team.
Currently we have "Restricted" translation permissions, and it would be probably the best if it's left as it is, but with our new translation group selected.

Perhaps emailing the appropriate person would be the best course of action here.

But here lies the problem - who is the apropriate person? Who is responsible for creating translation groups?
