Please reclaim ~ubuntu-server-qa

Please could you change the owner of ~ubuntu-server-qa to ~ubuntu-server-dev? I presume that the owner can change the team admin, but if not then please make ~ubuntu-server-dev an admin also. I have asked the current owner via IRC[1] and email[2] but haven't had a reply. I don't know of any reason that he would have to object, as he is no longer active in Ubuntu development.
