Launchpad Team for Czech LoCo Team

Hi, we (Ubuntu Czech) want to create team in launchpad, but one user have ~ubuntu-cz -- he doesn't have an email here, so we can't contact him/her.
Is there another way to contact this user or is possible to rename him?

Whiteboard:: I'll contact the user and see if he will allow the use of ~ubuntu-cz for the team. Email to the address listed for the users bounced: "Reason: Sorry, no mailbox here by that name." I think we should free up this account name and make it available for the Czech LoCo team. (bradcrittenden)

Wow, why has this gone undone for so long. I've renamed the user -- please go ahead and create your team, and let me know if you have any trouble. Massive apologies for not handling this earlier, we completely missed this question (though why Brad didn't notify a LOSA, I don't quite understand..)
