Add s390x support to 2 PPAs

Good morning!

I work for the Foundations team and I would like to check if it is possible to enable s390x builds for 2 of my PPAs:
https://launchpad.net/~tdaitx/+archive/ubuntu/private/
https://launchpad.net/~tdaitx/+archive/ubuntu/openjdk/

I use both of them for OpenJDK packaging - which also runs a testsuite during build - and I need to check both build logs and the test results for all our supported archs before forwarding them to the security team.
