Create 'IBM' Team, currently that name space is locked

Hello, I am working to create an "IBM" name space for IBM on launchpad. When looking to create a team with "ibm" name I get the following error, "The name 'ibm' has been blocked by the Launchpad administrators. Contact Launchpad Support if you want to use this name."

We need the launchpad team name space so we can have https://jujucharms.com/u/ibm/ be used for IBM charms.
