Increase PPA size landing-011

landing-011 is the place for Qt 5.6 release preparation. It's currently at 18.9GiB/20.0GiB. While some of it will auto-clean, I believe more space will be needed as builds will also be done for xenial+1 once it opens, before the xenial ones are removed. Doubling to 40.0GiB should be enough.
