Please increase quota for ppa:jonathonf/ubuntu/mozilla

This PPA is hitting its 2GB limit, possibly due to old packages not having yet been cleared. Could the quota please be increased to 5GB total (i.e. +3GB)? It shouldn't ever need that much but this should give it plenty of leeway.
