Activate s390x architecture on PPA

I'm struggling to find a reason why libaccounts-glib tests fail on s390x. As I have no idea of what's going wrong, I need to iteratively add more debugging information, run a build, try small changes, and so on. Having a PPA where I can trigger the builds myself would save me quite some time, and avoid bother other Ubuntu developers.

I've created a PPA at:
https://launchpad.net/~mardy/+archive/ubuntu/s390x-tests

Would it be possible to activete s390x builds on that PPA? (I don't care about amd64 and i386, feel free to disable them)
