Request for ARM Building on ppa:silvenga/btsync

Silvenga/btsync is a fork of the now unmaintained tuxpoldo/btsync servicing unofficial Ubuntu packages for Bittorrent's Btsync. ARM builds would be nice to stay inlined with Bittorrent's official releases and will help a wider range of individuals with ARM devices.
